The undersigned hereby acknowledges that The Super Gas Association Southeast, Inc., and its officers, directors, volunteers and shareholders do not conduct automobile races or operate racetracks nor are they responsible for the maintenance of racecars or racetracks. The undersigned, his agents, successors, heirs and assigns, hereby releases The Super Gas Association Southeast, Inc., and its officers, directors, volunteers and shareholders from liability for any injury the undersigned may suffer by participating in an automobile race either as a driver, crew member or observer. The undersigned acknowledges that the function of The Super Gas Association Southeast, Inc., is to collect money from race participants and disburse prize money and the undersigned, his agents, successors, heirs and assigns, does hereby indemnify Super Gas Association Southeast, Inc., for any loss it may suffer for collecting and disbursing such money.
